2. Solution

For an expected completion date, first we need to consider the work times for the labor which will be as follows:

• Chris, Ryan, Stacey, Rick, Kara Todd and Mark will work from 8 AM to 8 PM with a one hour break

• Sanjay and 3 developers will work from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour break.

• Work days will be Monday to Friday

Using this plan, the project will be completed in approximately 540 days. Therefore, the project will not be completed on time.

The breakdown of the total cost is as follows:

Total Labor Cost : $3,644,535 (Note: A major portion of this cost is derived from deployment and testing tasks)

Total Capital Cost : $98,500 (This is the cost of servers and workstations)
