Bayonne has been underlined with few problems in three different areas, which are, cost, quality and delivery. Because of accumulation of these problems, Bayonne has faced loss for the first time. If one starts with the quality, then one can infer that quality was affected due to fold and glue. These affected items are scrapped, building on to the cost for the company.
