The Human Resource department at TRW was in transition that encouraged communication and teamwork within the organization. Moreover, human resources also had representation in the management table now. Strategic Human Resource Management was a novice concept for the organization; therefore, there were certain issues that surfaced. The iteration processes raised issues that would not have been highlighted otherwise. Strategic Human Resource Management is a function that brings immense benefits for the organization in terms of performance.
